Stayed in new-fashioned and updated single room in which to enjoy a drink or afternoon tea. The location of the hotel was awesome - within walking distance of Bt Tower. It had good restaurant for breakfast.

The venue is exceptional and quirky, its location is prime, adjacent to The Durrants. It has caring and knowledgeable employees than interested in customer service. The breakfast is delicious and great at my rate, has brilliant food. I can recommend this place for an overnight stay.

Friendly efficient and amazingly helpful staff, had very nice stay!!!
There were central heating, a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The daily breakfast was delicious and excellent with the wonderful chefs, such prices, large portions.

Great location, charming hotel, very British :)
It may have been a bit small but everything else was fine.

A cozy escape in London
Spent 11 nights as a couple and loved the charming decor throughout! The bar was an ideal spot for a nightcap, and breakfast was a delight, way better than a buffet. Only wish the marmalade was tastier, felt a bit bland compared to the rest. A perfect home base for exploring the area!

Some members of staff were rude, unhelpful and not really interested in their jobs.Booked.net clients beware, the reception staff will ask Booked.net guests to settle the account for accomodation on arrival,I have stayed at many hotels reserved through the Booked.net website and this was a first.I could not believe this and the manner this was conveyed to me by the lady at reception at the time.I did alert the hotel general manager to my complaints on departure and he was polite, courteous and did listen to the issues I raised.
